Sarah Stainone joined Solar in 2013 and has more than 10 years of diverse human resources and management experience that includes start-ups and established organizations. She has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, compensation, performance management, recruiting, HRIS implementations, training, development, and benefits administration. Prior to joining Solar, Sarah served as Human Resources Manager at Toomlinx, as well as Payroll and Benefits Manager at Family Health Services.
